Key Responsibilities




  1. Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.

  2. Ensure correct computation of salaries, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and overtime.

  3. Manage statutory deductions and remittances (PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF, etc.).

  4. Maintain and update employee payroll records and payroll systems.

  5. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll-related inquiries.

  6. Prepare payroll reports for management review and decision-making.

  7. Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll documentation.

  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  9. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll and employee data updates.



Qualifications & Requirements




  1. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in payroll processing or a similar role.

  3. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory compliance in Nigeria.

  4. Proficiency in payroll systems and accounting software.

  5. Advanced Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting.

  6. High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.

  7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
