Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage guest reception while also handling basic bookkeeping and record-keeping, which is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Responsibilties
Welcome and attend to guests professionally
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
Handle bookings, reservations, and basic customer inquiries
Maintain accurate daily financial records (payments, receipts, expenses)
Perform basic bookkeeping and cash reconciliation (mandatory)
Record daily sales and update transaction logs
Issue receipts and manage cash and POS transactions
Maintain front desk records and reports.
Requirements
Minmum of OND / NCE qualification
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Basic bookkeeping knowledge is compulsory
Ability to accurately record financial transactions
