One of our clients in the Beauty industry is seeking a courteous, customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage client interactions, support sales processes, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
Process orders and follow up on customer transactions
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs
Provide product information and basic recommendations to customers
Support walk-in and online customers effectively
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery
Ensure a positive brand image at all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / NCE qualification
1 – 3 years experience in customer service or retail (beauty industry experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
Ability to work on-site and handle multiple customers.
