Description

• One of our clients in the Beauty industry is seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient management of business processes.

Responsibiltiies

• Oversee daily business operations and staff activities


• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability


• Manage inventory, suppliers, and vendor relationships


• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall business performance


• Prepare operational and performance reports for management


• Supervise staff, set targets, and track productivity


• Ensure excellent customer experience and brand representation


• Identify growth opportunities and improve business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field


• 3 – 5 years experience in business operations or management (retail or beauty industry preferred)


• Strong leadership and people-management skills


• Good financial and operational understanding


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets


• High level of accountability and integrity.
