Job Description
Location: Onireke - Ibadan, Oyo
Duties
- Post openings on job sites: post all available roles online, Shortlist candidates that meet the selection criteria for interviews, develop interview questions and score sheets and conduct interviews.
- Oversee submission and verification of employment documents, plan induction session for new hires, schedule on-the-job training for new hires.
- Managing KPI, monitor compliance, create a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for spot checks through scheduled physical visits and CCTV reviews of all outlets including the head office.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing based on performance assessments, prepare payslips and share all payslips on or before the last day or the month.
- Conduct stay interviews for employees every quarter, implement innovative engagement strategies.
- Team Bonding, Organize team bonding events, retreats, TGIF, birthdays, staff of the month and staff recognition programs. Maintain open-door policies for conflict resolution and whistle blowing.
- Ensure compliance with attendance and leave systems.
- Schedule exit interviews, retrieve company assets, settle benefits, draft reference letters, and delete employee records from the paid HRM database and ensure exit interviews are documented for future analysis.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND/BSc Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
Salary
N120,000 per month.
