Role Overview




  • We are looking for a Mobile Developer with strong Web Development skills to build, enhance, and maintain high-quality applications-particularly within healthcare and enterprise environments. You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and clinical stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and maintain mobile applications (Android, iOS, or cross-platform).

  • Build and support web applications using modern frameworks.

  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.

  • Implement secure, scalable, and performance-optimized solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

  • Contribute to system design discussions and technical documentation.

  • Work on healthcare-focused platforms such as telemedicine, EMR/EHR, and patient-facing applications.



Required Skills & Experience




  • Strong experience in mobile development (Flutter or similar).

  • Solid web development skills (React or equivalent).

  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling authentication.

  • Good understanding of software development best practices.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.



Healthcare Development Advantage (Desirable)




  • Experience building healthcare or health-adjacent applications.

  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance concepts.

  • Experience with telemedicine, hospital management systems, or patient portals.

  • Ability to build intuitive, accessible, and reliable user experiences for clinical and non-clinical users.



Nice-to-Have Skills




  • Backend development exposure (Node.js, Php or similar).

  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
