Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes

Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Preparing cost estimates and ensuringappropriate materials and tools are available.
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement onparticular projects.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment asrequired.
Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders
Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support.
Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction, Building, or a related field with 4 - 7 years of experience in either an engineering consultancy or engineering construction environment.
Engineering license Is an added advantage
Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software
