Job Brief




  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers. The successful candidate will be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while contributing to the company’s revenue growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, with a strong focus on closing deals.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

  • Clearly articulate Voyatek Group’s products and services to prospective customers.

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding.



Requirements & Skills




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in sales.

  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and deliver measurable results.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.

  • A clear growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve.

  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

  • Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance tracking.

  • Prior experience within the travel and tourism industry will be considered an added advantage.
