The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers. The successful candidate will be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while contributing to the company’s revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, with a strong focus on closing deals.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Clearly articulate Voyatek Group’s products and services to prospective customers.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in sales.
Demonstrated ability to close sales and deliver measurable results.
Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
A clear growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve.
High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance tracking.
Prior experience within the travel and tourism industry will be considered an added advantage.
