Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and lead the overall business development and marketing strategy

  • Drive sales growth, revenue expansion, and market penetration

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, route-to-market strategy, and brand positioning

  • Lead, coordinate, and support Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and performance tracking.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development

  • At least 3+ years in a leadership or management role

  • Strong expertise in marketing strategy, competitive analysis, and sales execution

  • Prior experience in spirits, alcoholic beverages, or FMCG drinks (e.g. tequila, wine, premium beverages) is highly preferred

  • Proven track record of driving growth in competitive markets

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills
