Job Description
As Marketing Personnel at FastLab, you'll drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and growth in our B2B2C ecosystem. Focusing on digital and content marketing, you'll promote our platform to independent labs, physicians and patients, leveraging network effects where labs and doctors bring patients. This role supports our shift to 'Sales/Execution' by creating targeted campaigns that highlight our value: digitising workflows, AI assistance, and chronic care tracking. If you're a creative marketer passionate about healthtech impact, help us dominate Lagos and expand regionally while measuring success through metrics like onboarding rates and MRR growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) to attract labs , physicians, and patients.
- Produce high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics, case studies) showcasing FastLab's innovations. Manage our website, social media (e.g., X, LinkedIn for B2B), and email newsletters to build thought leadership on Africa's diagnostic gaps.
- Develop and maintain FastLab's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
- Use SEO, content marketing, and webinars to generate leads for sales. Nurture prospects through drip campaigns.
- Track KPIs like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics or CRM. Analyse trends to refine strategies, ensuring zero-cash-burn growth.
- Gather user feedback via surveys to iterate on campaigns and inform product roadmap (e.g., AI features).
- Ensure all materials comply with NDPC/NITDA data privacy and MDCN telemedicine guidelines. Promote inclusive messaging for low-income households and underserved areas.
- Work with sales (e.g., provide leads for 'boots on the ground' agents), engineering (e.g., promote new features), and founders to align marketing with milestones .
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, preferably in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) a plus.
- Skills: Expertise in content creation, SEO/SEM, social media management, and analytics tools. Strong copywriting, graphic design (e.g., Canva/Adobe).
- Personal Attributes: Creative, data-driven, and adaptable in a startup environment. Strong communicator with a passion for social impact.
