Organize and coordinate client’s forums and engagement sessions while following up on client documentation, registrations, and maintaining accurate records of vendor status (active, dormant, or new prospects).
Track, support, and manage vendor-related opportunities through supply chain initiatives.
Coordinate strategic account activities including client’s visits, client presentations, and focal contact management while supporting ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop new business opportunities through structured contact development, opportunity mapping, and relationship management.
Support project scopes across SCADA, instrumentation, and maintenance solutions, including coordination of technical site visits and preparation of proposals for electrical and instrumentation projects.
Liaise with clients and OEMs for technical offer development and commercial submissions, particularly for flow control valves (FCVs) and gas infrastructure projects.
Coordinate drilling services activities, including supply, and identify opportunities for maintenance services and equipment supply.
Streamline and manage documentation processes to ensure ISO compliance, including timely updates, renewals, and accurate submissions to clients and OEMs.
Drive sales initiatives for assigned OEM brands, support marketing and branding activities, and coordinate client feedback and sales insights to inform strategic planning and business growth.
Key Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in a commercial or technical coordination role in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong understanding of vendor management, supply chain coordination, and technical documentation.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Proficiency in offer preparation, bid submission, and client engagement strategies.
Familiarity with various vendor registration systems is advantageous.
Academic Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a commercial or technical sales coordination role in the Oil & Gas industry.
