Ensure smooth trip fulfillment by confirming pilot readiness and vehicle availability, monitoring live trips, and escalating issues promptly.
Be responsible for maintaining accurate trip data, enforcing timeliness standards, supporting pilots throughout the trip lifecycle, and ensuring all incidents are escalated correctly for fast resolution, thereby ensuring user satisfaction.
Engage with users who have completed the registration process but have not yet made their first trip booking.
Conduct various outbound campaigns as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
HND/Bachelor's Degree
Must be posted to Lagos for your NYSC service year
Must have a personal laptop
Impressive written and spoken communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and voice to different social media platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure
Intermediate expertise level of spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) capability
