We are seeking a highly motivated, high-performing Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
Identifying Opportunities: Identify and pursue new opportunities for the company by building strong relationships with decision-makers.
Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering teams to design tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Translating Technical Value: Translate technical features into clear business benefits such as cost savings, ROI, efficiency gains, and sustainability.
Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver technical proposals, and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitors’ activities, and customer challenges to keep company’s offerings competitive.
Strategic Partnerships: Support long-term growth of the company by exploring new markets, forming alliances, and expanding service lines.
Revenue Generation: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and contribute directly to the company’s financial health.
Customer Support: Ensure post-sales technical support by the engineering team and client satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company visibility.
Research and Build Relationships: Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the clients’ organisations.
Work with the engineering team to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development within similar industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in business terms.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently, with or without supervision and working as a team member.
High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory.
Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts.
