- Intelligent Innovations Limited is seeking a highly organised, results-driven and proactive Project Manager who will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering company projects across multiple teams and clients.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys managing people, timelines, and processes, and can ensure that projects are executed efficiently from initiation to completion.
- You must be highly analytical, excellent with people, strong in stakeholder communication, and able to self-manage with minimal supervision while driving multiple projects concurrently.
What will you be doing?
- Plan, execute, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Break down project objectives into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities across teams.
- Track project progress using task management and reporting tools, ensuring milestones are met.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles and smooth collaboration.
- Manage project documentation including plans, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and internal stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.
- Ensure executives and teams stay on track with deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Support continuous improvement of project and programs management processes across the organisation.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff, clients and partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years proven experience managing projects, preferably in consulting, technology, educational or professional services environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Calendly, and digital collaboration and project tools (e.g., Slack, Trello).
- Ability to manage multitask, and prioritise time-sensitive activities.
- Excellent self-management and the ability to work without supervision.
- Strong people relationship skills; warm, professional, and diplomatic.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Project management capability with proven ability in tracking deliverables and ensuring prompt response and results..
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and digital project tools.
- Certifications such as PMP. CSM or other Agile certifications is highly desirable.
