Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising all departments: This includes Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, and Administration.
- Business Strategy: Developing and implementing business strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Project Monitoring: Monitoring project delivery to ensure that real estate projects are completed within budget.
- Property Management: Manage property acquisitions, development, and sales activities, overseeing the entire process from acquisition to sale.
- Performance Management: Setting performance goals for staff and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present business reports to the board or executive management.
- Client Relations: Managing key client relationships.
- Representation: Represent the company in high-level negotiations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to guide business decisions.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
