- We’re looking for an Experience Design & Partnerships Manager who combines commercial acumen with execution excellence. This role is responsible for growing Image & Time’s Experience Design offering by actively pursuing new business, building strong client relationships, and managing the successful delivery of all experience-led engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Growth
- Lead the commercial growth of the Experience Design service line.
- Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and tailored experience solutions.
- Respond to RFPs and client briefs related to experiential and training services.
- Actively pursue opportunities across multinationals, NGOs, and large corporations in Lagos and beyond.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of recurring training and engagement projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate experience design offerings into broader advertising and brand engagements.
Experience Design
- Conceptualize and design people-centric, outcome-driven experiences aligned with client objectives.
- Translate organizational goals, values, and culture into engaging programs.
- Design end-to-end experience flows, from ideation to execution.
- Ensure alignment with client brand positioning and internal culture
Project Management
- Serve as Project Manager for all Experience Design engagements.
- Plan and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate and manage facilitators, trainers, experience partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
- Coordinate logistics for multi-location and multi-day programs.
- Serve as a key point of coordination with clients to ensure smooth delivery, alignment, and opportunities for repeat engagements.
- Ensure timely, high-quality execution and prepare post-project evaluations and reports.
SKILLS & PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, corporate training, experience design, experiential marketing or event management
- Proven track record pitching to Nigerian corporates (multinational experience is an advantage).
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Ability to close deals and manage commercial negotiations.
- Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and budgeting skills
- Self-starter with strong initiative, strategic thinking, and execution discipline
