SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent grooming and sense of style
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work weekends and festive seasons
- Knowledge of luxury retail standards and customer service practices
- Strong visual merchandising and packaging skills
- Basic digital marketing awareness for client engagement
