Key Responsibilities
Sales-Driven Distribution
- Ensure products are always available where sales happen
- Plan smart, cost-effective dispatch routes
- Reduce delays and shorten sales cycles
- Track products end-to-end until sold or returned
Partnership & Branch Performance
- Own relationships with Branch Managers, CSOs, and Union Excos
- Attend branch and union meetings to drive demand and confidence
- Accelerate sales velocity and ensure timely remittance
Inventory Ownership & Accountability
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records
- Conduct routine audits and reconciliations
- Prevent leakage, manipulation, or excuses
Reporting, Speed & Problem Solving
- Produce clear, timely performance reports
- Identify risks early and act fast
- Fix bottlenecks before they affect targets
Compliance, Integrity & Standards
- Zero tolerance for dishonesty or shortcuts
- Full compliance with company policies
