Key Responsibilities



Sales-Driven Distribution




  • Ensure products are always available where sales happen

  • Plan smart, cost-effective dispatch routes

  • Reduce delays and shorten sales cycles

  • Track products end-to-end until sold or returned



Partnership & Branch Performance




  • Own relationships with Branch Managers, CSOs, and Union Excos

  • Attend branch and union meetings to drive demand and confidence

  • Accelerate sales velocity and ensure timely remittance



Inventory Ownership & Accountability




  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records

  • Conduct routine audits and reconciliations

  • Prevent leakage, manipulation, or excuses



Reporting, Speed & Problem Solving




  • Produce clear, timely performance reports

  • Identify risks early and act fast

  • Fix bottlenecks before they affect targets



Compliance, Integrity & Standards




  • Zero tolerance for dishonesty or shortcuts
