Responsibilities




  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the spare parts department.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and prompt replenishment.

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing.

  • Ensure timely availability of parts for workshop and retail customers.

  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to reduce variance and loss.

  • Develop sales strategies to increase spare parts turnover and profitability.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock movement, sales, and inventory performance.

  • Coordinate with the service team to understand parts needs and service schedules.

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all spare parts.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent aftersales support.

  • Train and mentor spare parts staff to meet performance targets.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to guide forecasting and purchasing.



Qualification




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years experience.
