Key Responsibilities:




  • Deploy the Smartvelox solution at customer sites, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and functionality.

  • Provide first-line technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues at customer locations and on cloud platforms, escalating complex cases to the engineering team when required.

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, handling complaints, investigating issues, and coordinating with internal engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Onboard new customers and deliver training sessions on Smartvelox cloud platforms and tools.

  • Generate and deliver monthly performance and usage reports via the Smarteye Web platform.

  • Analyze tank data, pump sales data, and system logs to support operational insights and customer reporting.

  • Build, maintain, and update dashboards and reports using business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools.

  • Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for customers post-deployment.



Requirement:




  • B.Sc./ HND in computer science or any related field

  • 2-3 years relevant experience

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Good understanding of basic network infrastructure and on-site system integrations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • A customer-focused mindset with experience in managing customer operations, support, or post-deployment activities.

  • Experience working with IoT, monitoring, or industrial systems; prior experience in technical support, field deployment, or customer success roles; and familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS environments will be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
