Key responsibilities.




  • Analyse, track, and report commercial and project-related data to support management decision-making.

  • Prepare accurate commercial reports, dashboards, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Support bid and tender activities, including RFQs, proposal preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Assist with client engagement activities, commercial correspondence, and sales-related coordination.

  • Maintain and manage commercial documentation using Google Workspace and other collaborative platforms.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely flow of commercial and project information.

  • Support project commercial workflows within EPC and project-based environments.

  • Ensure proper filing, version control, and organization of commercial documents.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors in both written and verbal form.

  • Assist in monitoring project performance from a commercial perspective.



Key Skills & Competencies




  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with exposure to business-to-business engagements and commercial follow-ups.

  • Understanding of RFQs, tenders, and EPC/project workflows.

  • Experience using Google Workspace and similar collaboration tools.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.



Key Requirements




  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial or technical coordination role in the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Strong understanding of vendor management, supply chain coordination, and technical documentation.

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in tender preparation/ bid submission, and client engagement strategies.

  • Familiarity with various vendor registration systems is advantageous.



Academic Qualifications




  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial or technical sales coordination role in the Oil & Gas industry.
