Job Description
- We are seeking Project Associates to support business growth and the effective delivery of high-impact health programs. This role sits at the intersection of project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven execution, working closely with leadership and partners across the public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting business, strategy, and execution across multiple projects
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government, funders, and partners.
- Using data and digital tools to track progress, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Developing presentations, SOPs, training materials, reports, and project documentation.
- Managing meetings, reporting, logistics, and project plans
- Participating in on-site work at hubs, community outreach activities, and MQN-related assignments, including periodic field visits, member engagement, and support at designated locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years’ experience in project or operations management, business, or economics.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Interest or experience in health preferred; business and consulting experience are advantages.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and person-centered skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to break down complex work into manageable steps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data, and comfort using technology tools.
