Role Summary
The Account/Admin Officer will handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and process transactions using accounting software.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and project cost tracking.
- Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports and assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently.
