Job Description
We seek a proactive and organized Sales & Operations Executive who will function as an extension of the CEO to handle sales, customer service, documentation, and inventory management. This role requires ownership, initiative, and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent service
- Promote and sell gift items to new & existing clients
- Support new client acquisition (with bonuses)
- Handle inquiries, quotations, invoicing & stock tracking
- Maintain clean documentation for inventory and sales
- Support packaging of branded gift items
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Report shortages or discrepancies immediately
Requirements
- Trustworthy with high integrity
- Customer service + sales ability
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, POS)
- Detail-oriented, organized & proactive
- Can work independently
- Must reside in Ikeja
- Professional communication skills
Remuneration
- Monthly Salary and Performance Bonuses for new client acquisition
