JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Handle correspondence, calls, and emails professionally
- Assist with documentation, reports, and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
- Run official and occasional personal errands as required
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
SALARY: ₦150,000 monthly
