JOB SUMMARY



Our client is seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:




  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules

  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails professionally

  • Assist with documentation, reports, and record keeping

  • Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned tasks

  • Run official and occasional personal errands as required

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.



SALARY: ₦150,000 monthly
