Job Overview
- The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication, supporting management and operational teams within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Schedule meetings and manage appointments
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
- Receive visitors and provide front-desk support
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
- OND in Business Administration, Office Technology Management, or related field
- 2–3 years relevant administrative or secretarial experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Candidate must reside around Lagos Island.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
