Job Overview




  • The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

  • The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication, supporting management and operational teams within the organization.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems

  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments

  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents

  • Receive visitors and provide front-desk support

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

  • Support management with daily administrative tasks

  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.



Qualifications




  • OND in Business Administration, Office Technology Management, or related field

  • 2–3 years relevant administrative or secretarial experience

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

  • Candidate must reside around Lagos Island.



Required Competencies & Skills:




  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Good written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
