Job Summary
- Responsible for creating and growing new and existing private wealth and HNI/UHNI relationships across the ARM Group to grow Funds Under Management (FUM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management spanning assets management, estate planning, and a proven ability to manage high net worth client relationships
Job Details
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell financial products and services.
- Acquire new private wealth, stockbroking and estate planning relationships; significantly growing the funds under management.
- Collaborate with other business segments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Client Service Excellence:
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients and the team based on market analysis.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or private banking, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
