Responsibilities
Support the marketing team with visual designs for campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, website, paid ads, events, and presentations).
Create engaging motion graphics and short videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Assist in designing marketing assets for regional expansion efforts, ensuring consistency with Duplo’s brand guidelines across markets.
Collaborate with content, growth, and product marketing teams to translate ideas into clear, visually compelling creatives.
Adapt and resize design assets for different platforms and formats as needed.
Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets for easy reuse.
Stay up to date with design trends, motion styles, and best practices relevant to fintech and B2B marketing.
Support ad-hoc design needs for events, partnerships, and internal communications.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field
Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), or similar.
Basic to intermediate experience creating motion graphics or short-form videos for digital platforms.
A good eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different assets and regions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks at once.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
