Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Organize training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a 2-4 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead HR projects and initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.
