Job Description
The Role
- The Digital & Content Marketing Executive will lead the end-to-end marketing engine for Acumeet.ai — including brand visibility, digital demand generation, content production, event marketing, offline marketing, and product storytelling.
- This role requires a creative strategist who understands AI SaaS, enterprise buying journeys, and marketing to compliance-driven organizations. You will shape Acumeet’s voice in the market, support sales pipeline growth, and deliver campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Lead Acumeet’s digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Run targeted campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels.
- Optimize acquisition and retargeting funnels to drive product demos, free trials, and pipeline pipeline contribution.
- Manage website SEO, CRO, analytics (GA4), and landing page performance.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation flows for SDR/AE handoff.
Content Leadership:
- Own the Acumeet content calendar across all formats:
- Blogs
- Whitepapers
- Product explainers
- Case studies
- Webinar scripts
- Industry reports
- Email sequences
- Produce compliance-aligned content that resonates with enterprise personas (CIO, CTO, COO, Head of Compliance, IT Governance, PMOs).
- Translate technical capabilities (Azure OpenAI, on-prem deployment, AI models, security posture) into compelling messaging.
Offline Marketing & Events:
- Plan and execute Acumeet representation at:
- Industry conferences
- CIO roundtables
- Breakfast meetings
- Partner roadshows (Microsoft, Huawei, MTN, etc.)
- Exhibitions and product demos
- Manage offline brand assets: banners, brochures, signage, corporate gifts.
- Work with the sales team to ensure event ROI and lead capture follow-up.
Brand & Product Positioning:
- Maintain Acumeet’s brand identity, tone, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with product & engineering to simplify technical concepts into product marketing stories.
- Develop persona-based messaging for:
- Financial Services
- Healthcare
- Government
- Telecom
- Professional Services
- Ensure messaging aligns with Acumeet’s compliance commitments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Build dashboards for:
- MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- MQL → Demo Conversion
- Campaign ROI
- Organic website growth
- Present monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Pipeline & Growth KPIs:
- 150–200 MQLs per month (target by Month 6)
- 15–20% MQL → Demo conversion rate
- 10% Monthly increase in website traffic
Brand Awareness KPIs:
- 4–6 high-value content assets per month
- 5% average social engagement rate
- Growth in LinkedIn followers (Acumeet + leadership team enablement content)
Event KPI:
- Minimum 40–60 qualified leads/event
- Post-event demo conversion rate > 20%
Product Content KPIs:
- 2 case studies per quarter
- 1 industry-specific whitepaper per quarter
- Bi-weekly product/AI explainer content
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 4–7 years experience in B2B SaaS or Tech marketing.
- Experience marketing AI products, SaaS tools, or Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
- Hands-on experience with campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
- Strong expertise in digital channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads).
- Ability to translate technical concepts (AI, LLMs, cloud, compliance) into simple, compelling content.
- Experience managing offline events and B2B activations.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, or enterprise AI tools.
- Experience in regulated industries (FSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Government).
- Experience working with SDR teams, building nurture flows and sales enablement content.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe).
