Role Summary
- We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Multimedia Creative Designer who will own the visual identity, graphic assets, and video content across all our digital and physical marketing channels.
- This role is critical to driving brand visibility, lead generation, product storytelling, and sales enablement across Snapnet and its SaaS products (HCMatrix, Acumeet, Procurecentro).
- You will work closely with Digital Marketing, Content, Sales, Product, and Leadership to translate ideas, campaigns, and product features into high-impact visual and video assets.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Core Responsibility):
- Design high-quality visual assets for:
- Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)
- Websites & landing pages
- Email marketing campaigns
- Blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, and case studies
- Sales decks, proposals, pitch decks, and brochures
- Event materials (banners, roll-ups, flyers, stage visuals)
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all designs.
- Collaborate with the content team to visually interpret written content.
- Design creatives optimized for lead generation and conversions.
- Create infographics to simplify complex technology concepts (AI, Data, HR, SaaS).
Video Production & Editing:
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos including:
- Product demos & walkthroughs
- Explainer videos
- Short-form social videos (LinkedIn reels, teasers, clips)
- Founder/Executive thought leadership videos
- Event highlights, customer testimonials, interviews
- Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized videos.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, overlays, intros/outros.
- Optimize videos for performance across digital platforms.
Campaign & Content Support:
- Support marketing campaigns with creative assets aligned to campaign goals.
- Translate GTM themes, messaging, and value propositions into visuals.
- Work closely with:
- Digital Marketer → performance & campaign creatives
- Content Manager → blogs, ebooks, long-form content
- Sales Team → presentations, proposal visuals
- Participate in campaign planning sessions to ideate creative angles.
Brand & Visual Asset Management:
- Build and maintain a central brand asset library.
- Manage templates for recurring assets (social posts, decks, reports).
- Ensure quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
- Continuously improve the brand’s visual identity.
Innovation & Creative Direction:
- Stay up to date with:
- Design trends
- Video formats
- Social media creative best practices
- Proactively suggest new creative formats and content ideas.
- Experiment with AI-assisted design and video tools where appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Solid understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout design
- Color theory
- Motion graphics basics
- Experience creating content for B2B and SaaS brands is a major advantage.
Creative & Soft Skills:
- Strong visual storytelling ability.
- Ability to convert abstract ideas into clear visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a startup environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Open to feedback and iterative improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years experience as a Graphic Designer, Videographer, or Multimedia Creative.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating:
- Graphic design work
- Video production & editing
- Experience working with marketing or product teams.
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or consulting is a plus.

- Volume and quality of creative assets delivered monthly.
- Engagement metrics on visual and video content.
- Campaign creative turnaround time.

- Sales and marketing team satisfaction with creative support.
