Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Management of company’s accounts.
- Preparing of journal ledger operations.
- Posting of cash payments and receipts.
- Completing general ledger operation.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
- Preparation of salaries for staff
- Administering accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Handling account/bank reconciliations
- Reviewing and process expense reports.
- All immigration returns, expatriate quota and every other issue the relate to expatriate
- Supervision of admin department
- Supervision of store
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
