Position Overview




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive to join our growing team in Lagos.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our comprehensive range of power protection and renewable energy solutions across various sectors, including banking, telecommunications, healthcare, industrial facilities, and renewable energy projects.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPS, power protection, and renewable energy solutions across target sectors (banking, telecommunications, healthcare, data centers, industrial facilities, renewable energy projects)

  • Conduct client consultations to understand power protection and energy needs and recommend appropriate MAKELSAN products and solutions including energy storage systems

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product specifications and customized solutions

  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and sales reports

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the power solutions and renewable energy sectors

  • Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote Actolog Solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM systems

  • Coordinate with installation and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Provide feedback to management on market demands, product performance, and customer requirements.



Qualifications & Requirements Education




  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.



Experience:




  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in power solutions, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or B2B technical sales

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proven experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) for sales pipeline management and reporting

  • Experience selling to corporate clients, banks, telecommunications companies, or industrial facilities is highly advantageous.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong understanding of UPS systems, power protection equipment, renewable energy solutions, and energy storage systems

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with strong business development acumen

  • Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent relationship management and customer service orientation.
