Role Overview

• Manage multiple residential and commercial properties, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement operational policies for maintenance efficiency and service delivery.


• Oversee multiple properties, monitor vendors, and ensure facility standards are met.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inventories, and client communications.


• Conduct routine site visits across Yaba and Island, supervising technicians and contractors.


• Prepare reports and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Estate Management, Building Construction, or related field.


• 2–4 years post-NYSC experience in real estate operations, facility management, or client-facing property roles.


• Strong project management, negotiation, and record-keeping skills.


• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, MS Office, Trello/CRM tools.


• Ability to work independently, handle multiple sites, and manage field operations.
