- Measure and value construction works on site.
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Monitor variations, claims, and cost impacts.
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract administration.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
