Job Summary 




  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.

  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and procedures. This position is integral to our organizational structure, as it will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

  • The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with business objectives while fostering a positive work environment.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, particularly within the context of the security and investigations field.

  • The selected individual will collaborate closely with department heads to assess and address HR needs, implement compliant policies, and ensure that our workforce remains motivated, engaged, and adequately supported.

  • As a key leader, the Human Resource Manager will also be tasked with enhancing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice, maintaining HR metrics, and ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the security and investigations industry.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations management.

  • Certification from a recognized HR professional body (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
