Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate and oversee all marketing and sales activities

  • Coordinate and manage all Realtor Groups and independent marketers

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Realtor Groups and management.

  • Develop and implement practical marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to align sales activities with project delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate with the Admin Manager to ensure proper documentation, internal coordination, and administrative efficiency.

  • Work hand in hand with the Accounts Manager to ensure accurate sales reporting, revenue tracking, and reconciliation.

  • Monitor sales pipelines, lead generation, conversions, closures, and overall sales performance.

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports to management.

  • Uphold brand standards, ethical marketing practices, and compliance requirements.



Requirements




  • Must be a graduate of a recognized higher institution or possess a relevant equivalent qualification with 3-6 years experience

  • Strong computer literacy is mandatory.

  • Demonstrated skill and competence in marketing and sales is required.

  • Prior experience in real estate marketing and sales is a strong added advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work across teams and manage external Realtor Groups effectively.
