  • Manage and deliver multiple internal and client-facing projects (strategy, transformation, or implementation) with clarity, control, and confidence.

  • Ensure adherence to PMO lifecycle phases (Initiate → Plan → Execute → Control → Close) while maintaining flexibility for Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, workstream planning, milestone tracking, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Drive strategic alignment by ensuring projects tie to organizational OKRs, value priorities, and business case benefits (cost savings, revenue growth, risk mitigation).

  • Own project governance, including steering committee updates, executive briefings, and risk/escalation management.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for engagements, ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams (internal & client).

  • Engage with C-level executives and business sponsors to align on objectives, manage expectations, and drive high-impact decisions.

  • Conduct discovery workshops to define project scope, success metrics, and critical milestones.

  • Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving to break down complex challenges and structure actionable recommendations.

  • Develop client-ready deliverables (decks, dashboards, progress reports) with clear insights and executive-level storytelling.

Operational Excellence & Reportintg:

  • Maintain real-time visibility into project health via Power BI dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs.

  • Track productivity, capacity utilization, and engagement health across assigned projects.

  • Lead PMO and steering committee reviews, presenting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Optimize resource allocation (internal teams, vendors, contractors) to maximize efficiency and delivery quality.

Risk, Change & Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of blockers.

  • Partner with Change Management teams to drive stakeholder adoption and readiness.

  • Implement post-mortems and lessons learned to refine processes and improve future delivery.

  • Champion best practices in project management and contribute to PMO knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5+ years of project management experience in a structured PMO or consulting environment.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe, ScrumMaster).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget.

  • Sector experience in technology, financial services, or digital transformation program
