Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to inquiries and complaints.
- Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends within the logistics industry.
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve service delivery.
- Prepare basic sales reports and update management on progress.
- Maintain accuracy.
