  • The Digital Content Creative / Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, curating, and delivering high-quality digital, visual, and multimedia content that strengthens brand positioning, enhances market perception, and drives engagement across all corporate digital platforms.

  • The role supports business objectives through consistent brand storytelling, creative execution, and performance-driven digital communications.



Job Responsibilities




  • Generate creative concepts for all company digital activations

  • Curate, Conceptualize, and create unique content for all our digital platforms including video

  • Content for Clubhouse, YouTube, IGTV, and other platforms to cultivate enhanced market perception.

  • Track performance and provide actionable insights

  • Generate digital and photographic content for all our corporate platforms

  • Design and create diverse content and campaigns for all corporate publications and platforms, ensuring to grow engagement, reach, and revenue growth

  • Coordinate interface with all retained communications and brand activation providers

  • Design high-quality branding, logos, brochures, and social media graphics using appropriate software

  • Serve as the in-house official content curator & digital content director

  • Ensure that digital content is of the highest standard

  • Ensure a weekly digital product for all key handles

  • Ensure quarterly product bulletins are fresh and vibrant

  • Ensure that ALL corporate activities are properly photographed, curated, and promoted

  • Ensure that all graphic production adheres to stipulated brand iconography, colors and styles

  • Produce vibrant and appealing graphic content & digital content director



Job Specifications: Minimum & Preferred Requirements

Education / Business Degree:




  • Certifications or formal training in graphic design, digital media, communications, or related creative discipline.

  • A verifiable portfolio demonstrating strong digital content, graphic design, or multimedia capabilities.



Work Experience:




  • Proven experience in digital content creation, creative design, or communications roles.

  • Hands-on experience managing or contributing to digital platforms, blogs, or social media channels.

  • Evidence of continuous skills development and creative growth.



Competencies, Skills & Attributes

Knowledge:




  • Strong understanding of digital content strategy, brand communication, and audience engagement.

  • Knowledge of digital trends, content formats, and performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with brand management and corporate communications.



Skills:




  • Creative concept development and visual storytelling

  • Graphic design, photography, and basic video production

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDraw, Canva, motion graphics tools, and related software

  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools

  • Content planning, coordination, and performance tracking
