• At Estrada International Staffing Solutions, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to amplify our voice and manage our digital presence with precision and creativity. 

Your Mission

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging content schedules that resonate with both clients and candidates.


• Content Creation: Craft compelling copy, design basic visuals, and coordinate video content that tells the Estrada story.


• Lead Generation & Ads: Execute and monitor paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to drive high-quality leads for our business units.


• Email Marketing: Design and deploy newsletters and automated email sequences to keep our talent pool and client base engaged.


• SEO & Analytics: Monitor website traffic and social media metrics to provide monthly reports on performance, identifying what works and where to pivot.

What You Bring

• Education: A Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field. Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Hubspot, etc.) are highly preferred.


• Experience: 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or in a similar role.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).


• Experience with Email Marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Sender).


• Strategic Thinking: Ability to create digital campaigns that align with broader business objectives.


• Communication: Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.

Salary

N220,000 - N300,000 / month
