Managing KPI, monitoring compliance, creating a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for spot checks through scheduled physical visits and CCTV reviews of all outlets, including the head office.
Ensure accurate payroll processing based on performance assessments, prepare payslips and share all payslips on or before the last day or the month.
Conduct stay interviews for employees every quarter and implement innovative engagement strategies.
Team Bonding, Organize team bonding events, retreats, TGIF, birthdays, staff of the month and staff recognition programs. Maintain open-door policies for conflict resolution and whistleblowing.
Ensure compliance with attendance and leave systems.
Schedule exit interviews, retrieve company assets, settle benefits, draft reference letters, and delete employee records from the paid HRM database and ensure exit interviews are documented for future analysis.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with 1 - 2 years of experience.
