Design and lead the execution of the organization’s partnership strategy across NGOs, corporates, donors, and institutions.
Identifyand pursue high-value partnership opportunities with tailored engagement and outreach plans.
Drive the development of co-branded proposals, partnership decks, investment cases, and annual fundraising strategies.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with partners through consistent communication, events, and recognition efforts.
Serve as the primary liaison to ensure alignment with partners on shared goals, expectations, and deliverables.
Coordinate proposal development across teams and ensuretimely, high-quality reporting on partnership performance.
Maintain and enhance CRM systems and documentation processes, including standardized templates and stewardship materials.
Track all partnership activities through a structured pipeline dashboard and reporting infrastructure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in development studies, International Relations, Business, Communications, or relatedfield. (Master’s degree is a plus.)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, fundraising, business development, or donor relations, preferably in the non-profit or social impact sector.
Proventrack recordof securing and managing diverse partnerships (corporate, government, NGO, and international funders).
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong proposal writing and grant development capabilities.
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Proficiencyin CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Deep understanding of the donor ecosystem and development funding landscape in Africa.
