Job Overview




  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through digital channels.

  • The role involves executing digital sales strategies, acquiring customers online, optimizing sales funnels, and supporting business growth across digital and non-digital platforms.

  • The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, digital innovation, and customer engagement.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and digital sales campaigns.

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities across digital platforms.

  • Analyse customer behavior and digital sales performance using analytics tools to improve conversions.

  • Collaborate with the Brand team to create marketing content and flyers that drive engagement and sales.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

  • Drive sales from non-digital channels when digital platforms are not meeting set targets.

  • Support administrative functions for BPO services, including protocol services, ground handling, and facility management.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 – 2 years experience in digital sales, social media marketing, or related roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into business decisions.

  • Strong relationship management, networking, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
