  • Our client, a renowned food vendor is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team.

  • As a Customer Service Rep, you will interact with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.



Key Responsibilities




  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person.

  • Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying food orders.

Requirements




  • Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree in related fields (Customer Service, Hospitality, etc.)

  • Problem-solving abilities.
