Job Summary




  • As the Administrative Secretary, you will coordinate and manage office administration and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.



Responsibilities




  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and official engagements.

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures.

  • Handle relationships with vendors, service providers, and office lease partners.

  • Provide general administrative support to visitors and internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Law degree is an added advantage).

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
