As the Administrative Secretary, you will coordinate and manage office administration and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.
Responsibilities
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and official engagements.
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures.
Handle relationships with vendors, service providers, and office lease partners.
Provide general administrative support to visitors and internal stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Law degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
