Job Description







  • This role supports the design, delivery, and scaling of mDoc’s tele-education and capacity-building programs across Africa.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Support the design and implementation of tele-education and learning programs

  • Contribute to curriculum development, training materials, SOPs, and quality tools

  • Coordinate stakeholders, learning hubs, and subject matter experts

  • Support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and quality improvement efforts

  • Assist with proposal development, partnerships, and business development initiatives

  • Contribute to dissemination of learning through reports, publications, and conferences



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, HR/Learning & Development, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in program support, learning & development, project coordination, or digital/tele-education

  • Strong organisational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Comfortable working with data, virtual tools, and fast-moving teams
