About the job

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals for electronics and ome appliance categories.


• Track sales metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective strategies to drive growth.


• Promote complementary products and encourage upgrades across categories such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, small appliances, and gadgets.


• Analyze buying patterns and recommend targeted promotional activities to boost sales.


• Oversee daily showroom activities to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company standards.


• Maintain showroom hygiene, optimize product displays, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.


• Ensure demo units are functional, correctly priced, and updated with accurate specifications.


• Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint, including handling escalated complaints promptly and professionally.


• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.


• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment and rotation, and conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies.
