This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner, based in Ibadan.
The HR Business Partner will support the business by driving strategic HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering HR solutions to foster employee engagement, advising on organizational policies, resolving employee concerns, and supporting managers in achieving key business goals through effective people strategies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement approaches
Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Policy Development
Familiarity with HR data analytics, compliance requirements, and workforce planning
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools
Sound understanding of labor laws and regulations within Nigeria
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and manage change in a fast-paced environment
