Role Summary
- The role is responsible for end-to-end store operations, ensuring effective inventory control, compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strong internal controls
- The position works closely with Finance and user departments to maintain accurate stock records and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
- Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and internal controls
- Coordinate with user departments and support internal and external audits
- Supervise store personnel and drive operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
- 4–8 years’ experience in stores or warehouse operations
- Working knowledge of inventory systems/ERP and basic Excel
- Understanding of inventory accounting principles
